Courses Offered

The BDS curriculum consists of four years of academic learning and instruction and one year of obligatory internship. The program lasts five years overall. The BDS degree is awarded only after the internship is finished. The course consists solely of academic training for the first two years, with a second-year introduction to pre-clinical laboratories. Academic and clinical training are both provided in the third and fourth years. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Dental Materials, Dental Histology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Pre-clinical Conservative, and Prosthodontics are among the subjects covered in the first two years of study. Oral pathology, general surgery, and general medicine are among the courses covered in the third year. Dental-related courses including prosthodontics, periodontics, pedodontics, oral medicine radiology, etc. are taught in the final year. 

The requirements for eligibility are as follows: 

  • The candidate must score 50% or above in their 10+2 board examination.
  • The candidate must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the NEET-UG entrance examination for admission to any private dental college.

The MDS program consists of three years of academic and practical training. MDS is a specialization in any one of the following 9 departments –
